• Seal Bailiff: Pay Level 6 [Rs.22,700/- - 58,500/-]
• Process Server: Pay Level 5 [Rs.21,000/- - 54,000/-]
• Group D (Peon/ Night-Guard/ Farash): Pay Level-1 [Rs.17,000/- - 43,600/-]

Age Limit:

General Category: 18 to 40 years as on 01.01.2024.

Relaxations: Age relaxation for ST, SC, OBC-A, OBC-B, and physically challenged candidates as per government norms.

Essential Qualification:

• Upper Division Clerk: Graduate from a recognized university, proficiency in computer use, and a certificate in Computer Training from a recognized institution with satisfactory speed in computer operation.
• Lower Division Clerk and Seal Bailiff: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and possess a certificate in Computer Training from a recognized institution with satisfactory speed in computer operation.
• Process Server and Group-D: Passed Class-VIII from any recognized School, Madrasa, or equivalent institution.

Mode of Examination:

Upper Division Clerk

• Phase-I:
  • Marks: 100
  • Content: 50 Multiple Choice Questions on General English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude (2 marks each, 1 mark deduction for wrong answers)
  • Duration: 60 minutes
• Phase-II:
  • Marks: 100
  • Content: Computer Proficiency, Work Management & Writing Skill (Draft Note, Report, Letter Writing, Paragraph Writing, Precis Writing in English)
  • Duration: 2 hours
• Phase-III:
  • Marks: 40
  • Content: Personality Test

Lower Division Clerk and Seal Bailiff

• Written Examination:
  • Marks: 100
  • Content: 50 Multiple Choice Questions on Simple Arithmetic, English, Bengali, and General Knowledge (2 marks each, 1 mark deduction for wrong answers)
  • Duration: 60 minutes

Process Server and Group-D

• Written Examination:
  • Marks: 100
  • Content: 50 Multiple Choice Questions on Simple Arithmetic, English, Bengali, and General Knowledge (2 marks each, 1 mark deduction for wrong answers)
  • Duration: 60 minutes

Application Fee:

• Upper Division Clerk: Rs.500/- (Rs.300/- for ST and SC)
• Lower Division Clerk & Seal Bailiff: Rs.300/- (Rs.200/- for ST and SC)
• Process Server & Group-D: Rs.200/- (Rs.150/- for ST and SC)
